Washington Laser Institute

Washington Laser Institute is the only physician-owned Master Esthetics school in Washington State. Our campus in Federal Way — 20 minutes from Seattle — houses over 25 medical-grade laser and energy devices in a full working clinic. All didactic and clinical hours are taught on-site by physicians and licensed master esthetic instructors. No externships. No traveling between locations. Everything happens under one roof.

We offer two pathways to the Master Esthetician license:

Starting fresh? Our 1,200-hour Combined Master Esthetics Program is built for students entering with a high school diploma and no prior license. You'll train in holistic European skincare — aromatherapy, Ayurveda, oncology esthetics, manual lymphatic drainage — and build a deep foundation in skin science, anatomy, and device safety before moving into hands-on laser, IPL, radiofrequency, HIFU, microneedling, and medium-depth chemical peel training. You graduate as a Master Esthetician, prepared for the NIC written and practical examinations and ready to work in a medical spa from day one. Call (855) 755-1064 or visit our 1,200-Hour Combined Program page to learn more.

Already a licensed esthetician? Our 450-hour Master Esthetics Program is designed for working estheticians ready to advance. The curriculum is didactic essentials and heavily immersive. You will perform laser hair removal across all skin types, IPL, radiofrequency, and RF microneedling, skin rejuvenation lasers, tattoo removal, pigment and vein treatments, skin tightening, body contouring, and cellulite reduction. Small groups, real clients, real devices. Call (855) 755-1064 to discuss schedule options and enrollment.

Washington Laser Institute is all-inclusive and self-contained. Our fully equipped classroom provides focused learning, and our clinic floor houses multiple laser wavelengths, diode lasers, IPL, RF monopolar, bipolar, and microneedling devices, HIFU, chemical peel systems, and body contouring platforms. We prepare you for the WA State Master Esthetic Practical and Written Examination administered by NIC. A passing grade is required to obtain your Washington State license.
